The neighbors behind me have a few roosters I should just start naming them. I've heard it is possible to have a too fresh egg--if the white doesn't have enough time to gel it'll be basically like water. I haven't tested that idea yet.<BR/><BR/>Betha- The yolks are a rich golden color, but not really orange orange. I wonder what their diet would require for that. I feed them a lot of vegetables and a little unsweetened yoghurt now and then for calcium. They have their selection of bugs to eat...Well, the eggs taste excellent so I won't get too caught up in color.<BR/><BR/>I miss you, Claire, and boysenberry jam!
